If you have a let property/landlord related website you could earn extra revenue by joining our free affiliate scheme and offering our let property insurance to your site’s visitors, through a link on your website.

Insuremyletproperty can provide your site’s visitors with information and advice on the different types of let property insurance that we offer, as well as being able to get a comparative quotation from 5 of the UK’s leading let property insurance companies.

Our let property affiliate scheme pays a 10% fee for all sales generated from affiliated websites. This is based on the insurance premium of the policy taken out, less IPT (insurance premium tax), and is paid every year for life of the insurance policy.

Administration of any policies bought is dealt with solely by us and any queries or questions that the client has about any aspect of the quotation process or cover required. This means you don’t have to worry about any form of paperwork or awkward questions about cover details as we have a dedicated let property insurance department who will deal with this.

Tracking the quotes and sales from your website

We will supply you, free of charge, with a text link or a choice of banners, both static and animated that has the link already linked to it. The link itself will contain a unique identifier that will show where the business has originated from. In addition to our online service we also phone clients who have quoted but have yet to purchase a policy. If then after talking to them we manage to sell the policy you will still receive the 10% fee as the lead was generated from your site.

Our insurance quotes last for 30 days, clients are given a quote reference number, so there is no pressure or need for them to purchase the policy when they get the quote, just as long as they purchase within that 30 day period their quote will still be valid and we will still be able to identify where the business has come from.

Up to date information

We have a new online system that you can monitor to see how many quotes your site has generated, what the conversion rate to sales is and how much money that you have earned. This service is updated in real time, so you can get up to the minute information on how your site is performing.

Keeping to Financial Services Authority (FSA) regulations?

The Financial Services Authority (FSA) has stated "as long as insurance is incidental to the main business of the website, and no advice is given to the client by the affiliate, then they do not have to be regulated to introduce potential customers to insurance".

We are fully authorised and regulated by the FSA and we take responsibility for the legal and compliance matters.
