Students let properties off their parents
A new generation of parents have been created. Parents now days would rather buy a property while prices are low and rent them out to their children and their fellow collage friends, this way they will be assisting their children and looking at the future for when they retire.
A lot of new property owners are purchasing property to keep their children safe. Parents don’t generally like the thought of their children taking up residence in the halls. They would feel safer having their children in a place they can inspect any time they like and would also be able to ensure their children get the education they need.
Parents who have taken the plunge are starting to realize the amount responsibility and risk they have taken on which will get worse. The government is planning to launch a new 80 plus piece of legislation governing the private rented sector. All landlords will be required to supply a gas and electrical safety certificate.
