National Landlord Association passes 35 year milestone
The National Landlords Association (NLA) has reached its 35th birthday this year and is widely recognised as the leading representative body for UK landlords.
It is using the publicity to make landlords aware of the limits of the internet in finding the correct information that they need in staying compliant as a landlord.
Since its inception in 1973, as the Small Landlords Association, the amount of regulation that landlords now have to comply with has increased immeasurably.
With legislation changing constantly it is important to stay up to date and not be misinformed with incorrect or out of date information.
The NLA is a source of current regulatory requirements and is always updating when new information and regulations are released.
