National Landlords Association conference is one not to be missed
The gathering of UK private landlords is drawing closer, with only 2 weeks until the National Landlords Association (NLA) National Conference.
The NLA National Conference will be taking place from Friday 20, to Saturday 21 of November, at the Birmingham NEC. Landlords from across the UK will meet up to discuss the issues arising from renting properties and any changes that maybe coming into effect.
Simon Gordon, head of communications of the National Landlords Association will be hosting a talk on the Friday, named "Changing the shape of letting: looking ahead". It is apparent that changes are going to be made to the current legislations; therefore the conference is one not to be missed.
Landlords will also be able to discuss the landlord register, something that councils across the UK have been implementing, as well as changes being proposed to the multiple occupation housing regulations.
