Landlords favour the Cameron way
With the general election less than a month away many people are finely sifting through the different policies each party is pledging. One group of people who will be anxiously awaiting the results of the election are UK landlords that have invested money in the buy-to-let market.
Currently it is the Conservatives that are proving to be the party for landlords with the best policies put forward so far. In a survey conducted to residential landlords a staggering 84% said they would prefer life under David Cameron compare to just 13% that where more comfortable with Gordon Brown. Results from the survey also show that a vast majority of landlords said they will not be looking to sell their property during the next year.
The overall views of UK landlords all point to a healthy future for the buy-to-let market with many expecting a rise in profits for their investments.
