Fixed mortgage rates are opportunities for landlords
The low fixed rates on the market hold great opportunities and are a great advantage for landlords.
Swap rates have recently settled down and this has seen an increase in landlord enquires on five year products for purchases and re-mortgages at 75 LTV.
Next week will see another Bank of England base rate decision and with the Banks ammunition more or less spent, the is probably little point in reducing the rates even further.
