Buy-to-let investors are mainly British

A large majority of the investors in the buy-to-let market are British and they are looking to boost their property numbers.

According to Nigel Ellis senior partner of Prickett & Ellis now is the right time to invest in property. With housing prices at a low point some properties can be an absolute steal and with the amount of Brits looking to rent, now is the right time to invest in property.

His views come after saying “We all know the Russians have gone and I don't get the feeling that there are any Europeans. It is the Brits that invest, or use their homes as more of an investment, and not the French or the Germans.”
